On 12/03/24, the Grade III students embarked on an exciting journey to explore the beautiful city of Jodhpur. Children departed the school at 8:25 am. They took a visit around Umaid Bhawan while on the bus while leading towards the serene Kaylana Lake. Here, amidst the tranquil waters and lush surroundings, children enjoyed a delicious packed breakfast.
Next, they went to the Jaswant Thada , where they marvelled at the intricate architecture and learned about the courageous rulers of Jodhpur.
They also visited the enchanting Mandore Garden and the museum there which showcased historical artefacts and sculptures depicting the rich cultural heritage of Jodhpur.
From there they went to the picturesque Surpura Dam, with stunning landscape and huge animal statues made of recycled materials, sensitizing students towards environment.
Finally, the tour ended with visit to OTC. The delicious food and relaxing ambience provided the perfect end to the adventurous day.
With hearts full of memories and minds filled with knowledge, children returned to school, cherishing the unforgettable experiences of Jodhpur city tour.
