IAYP AWARD LEADER NATIONAL TRAINING WORKSHOP AT VADODARA

IAYP Award Leader National Training Workshop was organized at The Fern- An Ecotel Hotel, Akota – Vadodara on 15th & 16th January 2024. Ms Veena Khichi and Ms Rajkumari represented RKK and participated actively to get more enriched about IAYP, its training, its courses and its annual planning. The workshop covered various topics, including SMART goals, adventurous journey, time goals, leadership qualities, relationship building, teamwork, environmental and physical awareness, decision-making and the Gold Residential Project. The event concluded with an ice-breaking session. Both participants found the workshop to be very valuable and enlightening.
