RKK’s Campus pulsated with vibrant enthusiasm as the teams started arriving on December 17, 2023. Intriguing Ice Breaking sessions on students’ ideologies about pertinent affairs affecting the world, interspersed with some fun induced games, ignited the spark that was to be carried forward in the days to come. Though every winter morning was a challenge, but all leaders nailed it with the morning adrenaline rush on each of the three days, ‘Zweating’ it out with Zumba, Yearning for balance and self-discipline with Yoga and Self Defense!

The grilling, thought-provoking Quiz conducted by Dean Academics-Seniors, Ma’am Seema Malhotra Baxi, after the dinner, showcased the insatiable thirst of knowledge that the students have. The delegates of each participating team were embroiled in an intellectual milieu. The teams stole hearts and swept us off our feets with their prompt replies and varied knowledge.

On the 18th of December, the Opening Ceremony was presided over by Dr. Sumer Bahadur Singh, whose charisma and overwhelming presence along with his wisdom, sent distinctive messages to the delegates for life. The day progressed with the First Keynote Speaker, Brigadier Sonali Passi Verma’s contagious dynamism and poignant take-aways. Thereafter, there was an exciting Heritage tour to the opulent Umaid Bhawan Palace and the iconic Mehrangarh Fort, the pride of our city. Later soaking in the culinary delights of Rajasthan, culminated in the Principal’s Dinner with everyone grooving to good music and bonding well with each other.

The delegates embarked on a trail of thrilling, challenging and fun activities related to Leadership on December 19, at Osian. Later after dinner, the students had a vivid and captivating insight on the Cyber Security by Mr. Rakshit Tandon, an expert consultant who has created a revolution in this field. The session left us with pertinent thoughts that, “Are we safe, in the virtual world?” To quote Mr. Tandon, “Virtual world is not a game, it’s your life, stay safe.”

The morning of December 20 commenced with the third Keynote Address by Ma’am Sevantika Bhandari who weaved magic with her words, quick-wit and intense interaction.

The delegations then geared up for a cut-throat performance of eloquent oration of selective speeches of famous speakers and provided their sharp rhetoric on its significance in the present context.

The three-day long journey of collaboration and camaraderie, enterprise and empathy, culminated with the Closing Ceremony, which left everyone with unimaginable treasure trove of new friendships, empowered minds, wonderful memories and metamorphosis for a lifetime. Very special moments were captured and presented  on the screen in the form of a movie aptly titled, ‘Making Memories for a lifetime’ - ‘RKK Bids Adieu’. It left the audience with a tinge of sorrow, as they now realized that the Conclave was on the brink of adjourning.

Enlightening Echoes of the Conclave by student delegates from participating schools were characterized by visionary leadership and positive impact. Mrs Neera Singh, Principal graced the stage, felicitated the delegations, addressed and declared the Conclave ‘Closed’.

Heartfelt gratitude and deepest appreciation was delivered to all the participating schools- their Principals, their educators and trainers, the Teacher Escorts, and the Student Delegates, who whole-heartedly participated in this Conclave and lent it a richness and flavour that, is unsurpassable.

The need of the hour is to have leaders who can lead by example, make decisions and promote harmony. The Grand Finale was dedicated to all the leaders seated in the auditorium who can make a difference. It was a perfect ending, as someone rightly said, “the end is where we begin”.
