On the 13th of May’2023, all the students of Class 6 went on a field trip to Mehrangarh Fort and Umaid Bhawan Museum in Jodhpur. The students were accompanied by their teachers and tour guides, who provided them with insightful information about the historical significance of these places.
At Mehrangarh Fort, the students were fascinated by the beautiful architecture and intricate carvings on the walls. They explored the various sections of the fort, including the palace, museum, and galleries, which housed a vast collection of ancient artifacts, paintings, and weapons. The students were amazed by the exhibits, which helped them gain a deeper understanding of the rich cultural heritage of Rajasthan.
After the fort visit, students had a short break which was enjoyed by the students as they rested and recapped the exciting and educational experience.
Later, the students visited the Umaid Bhawan Museum. The museum showcased the opulent lifestyle of the royal family, including their furniture, clothes, and jewelry. The students were impressed by the grandeur of the palace and were amazed by the beautiful gardens that surrounded it.
The visit to Mehrangarh Fort and Umaid Bhawan Museum was a wonderful experience for the students, as it not only provided them with knowledge about the rich history of Rajasthan but also gave them a chance to appreciate the beauty of the architecture and the art. It was a memorable and enriching trip for all the students.
