The Indian National Trust for Art and Cultural Heritage (INTACH) was founded in 1984 in New Delhi with the vision to spearhead heritage awareness and conservation in India. Today INTACH is recognized as one of the world’s largest heritage organizations, with over 190 Chapters across the Country. On 2nd September 2022, INTACH Jodhpur Chapter organized a Quiz based on the heritage and culture of India, as it aims to increase awareness about our glorious nation amongst the future leaders. Many students from Classes VII to X, from schools all over Jodhpur took part in this quiz in teams of two. The Quiz contained two rounds- 1. Written Round 2. Oral Round.
From RKK, six teams that makes a total of 12 students participated. These participants were- Anjali, Khyati Rathi, Avni Yadav, Srishti Jain, Pragati Choudhary, Rashi Bafna, Reet Mehta, Jasmitha Pitti, Tanvi Tanwar, Mayurakshi Nathawat, Kavya Rathi and Divisha Bhandari.The Quiz was held in Konark Senior Secondary School, Near Pratap Nagar Police Station, Kamla Nehru Nagar, Jodhpur, in 3 different languages : Hindi, English and Rajasthani. Students were escorted by Mr Kamlesh Kumar, HOD Social Studies, who also guided and trained them about the Cultural Heritage of our City, State and Nation.
