The BSAI Seminar for Students and Staff attended by
Subhadra Kumari and Naavya Rathi with their Teacher Escort – Ms Divya Sushma Dhan from Rajmata Krishna Kumari Girls’ Public School, commenced at
Pinegrove School, Dharampur from 07 to 09 May 2026, with a vibrant Opening Ceremony. Following this, the engaging ice-breaking session conducted by Mr Arunodai Sharma encouraged participants to connect with one another. He sure did break the ice with his enthralling communication skills and ever welcoming smile.
The jaw-dropping Dance Drama ‘Mohini & Bhasmasura’ performed by the students of Pinegrove School, Dharampur, left the audience mesmerised with their artistic brilliance, cultural richness and captivating stage presence. In his inspiring introduction, BSAI President, Capt. AJ Singh, encouraged the participants to embrace opportunities for meaningful learning and growth, adapt to change and strive to become compassionate and responsible human beings.
Session – I, conducted by Lt. Gen S. Kulkarni, offered a profound and thought-provoking exploration of the complex realities shaping the lives of Gen Alpha in the twenty-first century. Drawing insightful connections between the earlier VUCA framework and the present BANI global landscape — Brittle, Anxious, Nonlinear and Incomprehensible — the session examined the impact of rapid technological advancement, information overload, social fragmentation, mental health concerns and the growing influence of digital media on contemporary life.
Session – II, conducted by Mr Srinivasan, offered a deeply engaging and introspective exploration of happiness, self-realisation and purposeful living through a blend of humour, wisdom and practical life lessons. The session highlighted the significance of Spiritual Quotient (SQ) alongside IQ and EQ in achieving inner peace and fulfilment.
Session – III, conducted by Ms. Mona Verma, was an engaging and reflective session that explored the significance of the inner compass in shaping choices, relationships, perceptions and emotional well-being.
After the deeply insightful sessions, the delegates went for an outing to Kasauli.
As part of the seminar’s immersive journey of learning, the final day featured a visit to one of the most prestigious legacy schools in the country, established in 1847, The Lawrence School, Sanawar, graciously welcomed by Madam Headmaster, Ms. Ruchi Pradhan Datta.
