The three-day programme began with the arrival and registration of delegates, followed by an engaging inauguration ceremony that set an inspiring tone for the conclave. Maj. General Sanjay Sharma delivered a motivational address which emphasised discipline, resilience, and the importance of purposeful leadership. One of the most impactful aspects of the conclave on Day – 1 was the series of ice-breaking and team-building activities conducted in the sports arena. These activities encouraged students from diverse backgrounds to interact, communicate, and collaborate effectively.
Day two focused on strategic thinking and real-world leadership challenges. The Outdoor Strategy & Skill Arena tested participants’ teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving skills under pressure. Motivational session by Ms. Priya Zadu further inspired delegates to pursue leadership with empathy and determination. Her emphasis on emotional intelligence and self-awareness resonated strongly with the student leaders. The Geopolitics Case Study Forum proved to be one of the most intellectually stimulating sessions of the conclave. Delegates actively discussed contemporary global issues, exchanged perspectives, and proposed thoughtful solutions. This session highlighted the importance of informed leadership and the need for young individuals to remain globally aware and socially responsible. Another memorable highlight was the leadership talk by Col. Neel, whose experiences and practical lessons on leadership deeply inspired participants. His session reinforced the values of perseverance, accountability, and service before self. The Outdoor Challenge Series II, later in the evening, encouraged participants to apply these leadership lessons practically through collaborative tasks and challenges.
The conclave also celebrated creativity and camaraderie through a revitalising Jam Session followed by a Musical extravaganza, where students showcased their talents and bonded beyond formal discussions. These informal interactions played a significant role in strengthening friendships and promoting cultural exchange among delegates. The final day concluded with a session on “Champions Mindset: Leadership through Sports,” which highlighted the connection between sportsmanship and leadership qualities such as discipline, teamwork, and resilience. The valedictory ceremony and certificate distribution marked the successful conclusion of the conclave, leaving participants inspired and motivated.
