Rajmata Krishna Kumari Girls’ Public School, Jodhpur, proudly welcomed distinguished alumna Padmaja Rathore(2006) for a series of inspiring environmental awareness sessions conducted for both senior and junior students on 30 April and 1 May 2026. Accompanied by renowned environmentalists Ramji Vyas and Caron Rawnsley, the sessions reflected the team’s unwavering commitment towards environmental conservation and civic responsibility.
The sessions were thoughtfully curated to engage students across different age groups through meaningful discussions, inspiring experiences, documentary screenings, and interactive activities. Through their collective efforts, the speakers encouraged students to become aware, responsible, and compassionate citizens committed to protecting the environment and preserving natural heritage.
A special highlight of the event was the screening of the documentary The Last Keepers of the Herd, presented by Padmaja Rathore and her team, which beautifully showcased the deep connection between communities, wildlife, and nature. The sessions also included engaging activities for junior students, creating awareness about cleanliness, plantation, and sustainable living in an interactive and age-appropriate manner.
The school takes immense pride in the achievements and contributions of Padmaja Rathore, whose dedication towards environmental awareness and conservation continues to inspire the RKKGPS community.
