HOUSE OF LALPUR (LEADERSHIP BOOTCAMP - 2025)


The program was designed for students of Class VI to spark in them leadership, teamwork and personal growth. It blended adventure, cultural exploration, and fun, leaving following RKKians inspired and connected – Yahvi Jajra, Tia Bishnoi, Nakshatra Baheti, Ayra, Riddhima Purohit, Shanaya Tater, Ritisha Choudhary, Devanshee Maheshwari, Siya Rao, Shivanya Sankhla, Aprajita Singh, Aaira Nagra, Drishti Jain, Arohi Bhargava, Khushi Tak, Devyangna Choudhary, Shanaya Garg, Lisha Jain, Gia Kumbhat, Shraddha Maloo, Nishita Jain, Aarna Kalani, Ruhani Santhosh, Ritanya Mehta, Aarini Bachhawat with their Teacher Escorts –Mrs Sapna Gupta & Mrs Manju Singh.

Nestled in a serene haven, the House of Lalpur from April 11–17, 2025offered a perfect backdrop for learning and bonding with nature. The Bootcamp featured a dynamic mix of outdoor adventures, team-building activities, cultural experiences, and moments of reflection. Students dived into each activity with enthusiasm, creating lasting memories while honing leadership skills in an engaging, supportive environment.

Key Activities and Highlights :

  • Leadership activities like Superhero Hub and Emoji deck fostered self-expression and artistic skills.
  • Pool sessions turned into leadership playgrounds, where students guided peers, solved problems, and built trust through teamwork in a fun, aquatic setting.
  • Trekking Adventures: Group treks through scenic trails tested resilience and fostered collaboration. Students supported each other, sharpening communication and shared responsibility.
  • Visit to Elantae mall at Chandigarh enabled them in learning invaluable life skills.
  • Riverside tea and boating: The thrilling motor boat ride at Sutlej not only provided adrenaline rush but also offered breathe taking views of surrounding landscape.
  • Board Games & Talent Hunt: Indoor activities like board games and a talent hunt sparked creativity, camaraderie, and informal leadership moments.
  • Temple Visits & Katoch History: Exploring local temples and learning about Katoch heritage added a rich cultural layer, deepening students’ connection to the region.
  • Agricultural Exploration: Hands-on activities like harvesting, plucking guavas, mulberries, and sugarcane, and exploring local agriculture connected students with nature and teamwork.
  • Director’s Dinner & Awards: A special dinner with certificate and medal presentations recognized students’ efforts, boosting morale and celebrating their  growth.


Students were fully immersed, tackling challenges with enthusiasm and supporting one another throughout. Their active participation highlighted the Bootcamp’s success in creating a fun, motivating space for growth. From boating on the Sutlej to savouring fresh fruits, every activity left them energized and inspired.

The Leadership Bootcamp at House of Lalpur was a resounding success, blending adventure, culture and personal growth. From swimming and trekking to temple visits, agricultural exploration and boating, students developed leadership skills, forged strong bonds, and created unforgettable memories. The serene homestay and diverse activities made this a transformative experience.
