Rajmata Krishna Kumari Girls' Public School (RKKGPS) recently hosted a 2-Day Training of Trainers (ToT) Certification Course on December 6-7, 2024. This initiative was undertaken by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in collaboration with the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management (ISTM), Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India.
The course featured prominent resource persons, including Mr. Gunjan Gandhi (Director, ISTM, Delhi), Mr. Tej Krishen Razdan, and Mr. Arun Masih, who shared their extensive expertise to provide valuable insights and training to the participants.
The certification course aimed to enhance the basic training and instructional skills of the resource persons, empowering them to design and conduct training courses in line with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
Furthermore, the program sought to prepare trainers to contribute effectively to the NEP 2020 implementation process, ensuring compliance with its obligations and reforms.
