“Change is the end result of all true learning” – Leo BuscagliaRKK took immense pride in its participation at the 6th AFS National Meet - 2024, hosted from
15th to 17th November 2024 at
Sanjay Godawat International School, Kolhapur. RKK’s delegation were Adwitiya Saxena and Bhavya Bhati, accompanied by their Teacher Escort, Ms. Radhika Singh. Together, they joined over 170 students from more than 60 schools across India, immersing themselves in an enriching and transformative experience.
The theme of the event, “Dare to Change – Be a Changemaker” resonated deeply with every participant. It was a call to action, urging young leaders to embrace cultural exchange, foster global citizenship and drive meaningful societal change. Across three dynamic days, the meet offered a blend of thought-provoking workshops, collaborative discussions, and captivating cultural showcases—a true celebration of unity in diversity.
Eminent personalities graced the event with their inspiring keynote addresses. Mr. Deepak Vohra, a distinguished diplomat and advisor to the Prime Minister, shared profound insights into leadership on a global stage. Dr. Ameeta Mulla Wattal, a pioneer in education, spoke on shaping the future through innovative learning. Guru Gaurang Das, Director of ISKCON Govardhan Eco Village and Mr. Syed Sultan Ahmed, an accomplished entrepreneur and publisher, emphasized the transformative power of leadership and education.
The RKKGPS delegation shone brightly throughout the event. Their active participation, coupled with a vibrant cultural presentation, stood out as a highlight, earning admiration and leaving a lasting impression. We embodied the values of teamwork, creativity, and inclusivity, representing our school and region with exceptional pride and excellence.
For the students of RKKGPS, this journey was not just about learning—it was about self-discovery. With fresh perspectives and a renewed sense of purpose, they have returned home determined to transform their learning into meaningful actions that uplift their communities and the world.
