WOODSTOCK SCHOOL, MUSSOORIE, UTTARAKHAND (WS WELLBEING CONFERENCE: PATHWAYS TO FLOURISH 2024)


The two-day International Wellbeing Conference on : September 27-28, 2024, themed "Pathways to Flourish" convened educators, mental health professionals, and wellness advocates from around the globe. The conference aimed to explore and implement frameworks for integrating emotional, social, physical, and digital wellbeing into school settings, creating holistic environments conducive to student growth and development.

Day 1: Foundations of Wellbeing

2. Session with Dr. Putulemla

Topic: Physical Wellbeing - Practical Integration of Healthy Lifestyles

3. Interactive Session by David Bott

Topic: The Ripple Effect of Positive Education

Day one concluded with the Mussorie Mela, a lively event featuring colorful stalls showcasing local crafts, wellness resources, and educational materials. Participants enjoyed a live band performance, fostering a sense of community, followed by a delicious dinner that encouraged networking and connection among attendees.

Day two culminated in a guided hike to Jabarkhet, offering participants a refreshing experience in nature, promoting physical activity and mindfulness. Participants left equipped with practical strategies, inspiring ideas, and a renewed commitment to fostering holistic wellbeing in their schools. The collaboration and knowledge shared during the conference have set the stage for ongoing initiatives aimed at enhancing emotional, social, physical, and digital wellbeing among students and educators alike.
