On the 16th and 17th of May 2024, our grade 5 students enthusiastically participated in Pillow Palooza, an exciting slumber party filled with meticulously planned activities designed to entertain and foster strong connections among the kids.
Day 1:
Art Fiesta: Students showcased their creativity through their innovative art works.
Ghoomar Workshop: Participants learned and performed the traditional Ghoomar dance.
Pool Party: Kids enjoyed splashing around and having fun in the pool followed by a combo of relishing snacks.
Fun Games: Various engaging and entertaining games were organized.
DJ Session: A lively DJ session got everyone dancing on the foot tapping numbers.
Movie Screening: The evening ended with a screening of a classic- "The Parent Trap."
Day 2:
Zumba: The day started with an energetic Zumba session.
Artworkshop: Students continued to explore their artistic talents.
Ghoomar: Another round of the Ghoomar dance workshop was conducted.
Talent Hunt: Kids had the opportunity to showcase their unique talents.
Pillow Palooza was a memorable experience filled with creativity, dance, music, and lots of fun. It gave the students an opportunity to build strong bonds and enjoy quality time together before breaking for the vacation.
