An AFS Sustainable Business Model event was organized by Pragnya Bodhini High School, Mumbai in which 25 schools from all over India participated.
8 students of Class XII participated from RKK. Participating students were – Kumkum Chouhan, Khushi Dhandiya, Swati Punjabi, Gauri Baxi, Shagun Varshney, Bhumika Tawani, Tanvi Panpalia and Drishti Dholwani under the guidance of Mrs Sunita Gupta. First phase of the event was held virtually mode on 28th September, in which students had an interactive session with ma’am Savita Rajiv, the speaker for the event. During the session students learned about what are sustainable business models, how businesses are putting efforts in going green and many more. The students were given insights about SBMs, how to create one, its advantages, challenges and its workings.
The 2nd phase of the event included submission of a journal in which students were supposed to take any national brand, study its existing business model, revamp it and make it more sustainable in nature. Phase 3 of the event was conducted on 10th of December in which there was a live presentations of best 3 journals at an annual paper presentation in Mumbai.
RKK’s team the ‘Whisper’ that suggested green and sustainable solution for every step was among the best selected groups and stood as winners.
