DIWALI CELEBRATION


Pre Primary:

On the joyous and festive season of lights, our children came dressed up in traditional wear to celebrate with their friends and teachers on the 15th of October 2022.

An amazing online session with extraordinary activities were conducted in classes Nursery, K.G. & Prep bringing out the best of the little ones' creativity. They had fun making candles, wall hangings, coasters, vandan vaars, lanterns, singhasanas, door hangings, mandana art and decorating thalis.

The session was enjoyed by both parents and children fulfilling our intention of happy and smiling Diwali celebration.

 

 

 

 

Primary:

Diwali is the festival of lights which is celebrated in all parts of India. The name ‘Deepavali’ literally means an ‘array of lights’. To make the students understand the importance of Diwali, online Diwali celebration was organized for Primary classes on 15 October 22.

The celebration commenced with the Teachers explaining the importance of Diwali, the festival spiritually signifies the victory of light over darkness, knowledge over ignorance, good over evil, and hope over despair. Thereafter a common craft activity was conducted for each class like Diya making, Rangoli making, Ganpatiji making, Toran making and different Diwali decorations. The students also presented songs, dance and poems. Children participated in all the activities with great enthusiasm.

The entire presentation filled the hearts of everyone with the spirit of Diwali and both teachers and students enjoyed the Diwali celebrations wholeheartedly.
