An important conference to discussion about future plans, way forward and annual calendar,
3rd National Meet of AFS Member Schools was held from
25th to 28th March 2022 in one of the AFS India Member Schools of North region-
SelaQui International School, Dehradun. The goal of the Meet was to Engage, Empower and Expand the learning horizon of approximately 35 member schools of AFS. The mission was to share all the opportunities provided by AFS and Member Schools to students and educators.
The Head of the schools and coordinators of the regions pan India attended it. The meet featured the sharing of innovative ideas, presentations, work on the plan of action, experience and expectations, hosting and sending, way forward opportunities and community service programs. The aim of this meeting was to provide fullest possible development of each learner for living productively in a democratic society. Critical thinking, creativity, interpersonal skills and a sense of social responsibility for success in life, work and citizenship were the areas of discussion. Building new friendships, learning skills, navigating personal choices, exposure to diversity, in-person domestic exchanges and virtual exchanges were deliberated upon. This meet was a perfect platform to once again revive the collaboration and networking among all the members present.
