GO GREEN WEEK
"Go Green" Week was celebrated by by the students of the Pre Primary from the 2nd of July to the 9th of July, 2021. during this time, they were taught about the harmful effects of plastic, and how we could reduce, reuse and recycle waste materials.
Special green colour themed activities were taken up, including: creating frogs with green paper, leaf printing, planting saplings and making green vegetable sandwiches.
Rhymes like "Polybag Ko Na Na" "Waste not, Want not" were recited by the children.
On the last day, the story "Sam Saves The Ocean" was narrated with props, to reinforce the message of not littering, minimising plastic usage, and not throwing away plastic waste carelessly.
