8th to 10th October 2021.The debating team members spoke confidently in the Qualifying Rounds followed by the Quarter Finals. However, the participants could not qualify for the next round but they apparently, left a mark on the adjudicators. It was truly an enriching experience and students came out as winners in terms of learning.
There were a total of 22 delegations that took part in the Gibson Debate 2021. All the delegations competed in all three prelims on 9th October. RKK won the first two debates against Shiv Nadar School and The Scindia School respectively and lost the third debate to Mayo College. A total of 8 teams, including RKK, qualified for the quarter finals. RKK won the quarter finals against Pathways World School. Four teams, including RKK, qualified for the semi finals. RKK lost the Semi Final debate to the delegation of Welham Girls' School. It was a great platform for the students to learn and become confident for future debates.
