THE IPSC VIRTUAL LITERATURE FEST - 2021 (HOSTED BY RKK)


Rajmata Krishna Kumari Girls’ School, Jodhpur hosted The IPSC Virtual Literature Fest Li-T-heatrics…Jashn-e-Sahitya…’ from the 13th to 15th of August 2021.

The virtual Lit Fest had thirty-five IPSC schools participating in literary events in both English and Hindi. The young poets and actors enchanted the viewers by their talent, creativity, imagination and sense of humour.  There was an overwhelming response from all the participating schools in events like Vivaad-e-Switch, ‘Rock-n-LOL’,  ‘Jazba’, We…Verse’  ‘Encore-More…Shakespeare on Floor’ and ‘Main Samay Hoon’.  Whether it was Shakespeare’s monologues or standup comedy, poetry writing or dialogue delivery, debates, arguments or fierce revolutionary spirit, all the 231 participants were outstanding.

The technological development helped all to witness and be a part of an excellent Lit Fest which was declared ‘Open’ by the Principal, Ms Neera Singh on the 13 of August and ‘Closed’ on 15 August 2021. His Highness  Maharaja Gaj Singhji- II of Marwar graced the occasion as the Chief Guest for the Opening Ceremony and Ms Nishi Misra, Chairman, IPSC & Principal, Scindia Kanya Vidyalaya, Gwalior (Madhya Pradesh) aggrandized the Closing Ceremony.

The event was marked by the presence of the revered Royal family of Marwar, the BOG’s, the Keynote Speaker, Guests, Parents of the Students, the eminent panellists who assessed the young performers for Certificates of Excellence.

Three days, 13th to 15th August, filled the campus of RKK with the echoes of euphoria and elation. RKK fondly cherishes the revered bond formed with the IPSC Family over the years and will continue with the stronger association in the years to come.
