The Keynote Speaker for this Conference was Mr. Sujit Mahapatra, Founder of Bakul Foundation, India (a movement for volunteerism). He talked about a lot of important topics as why we need service in today’s world? Why should we volunteer? How service can change one's mindset?

He also enriched the delegates with stories, facts and his experience in this field. He said ‘Children are not the future; they are the present, and need wings to fly and freedom to live and choices to make’.

After his informative speech, participants were sent to their respective baraza groups which were named after the pillars of service :Do it, Make it, Donate it, Teach it, Volunteer it, etc. which had different perspective to make the students learn how can they do their bit to help this world to be a better place to live. The conference commenced with an ice-breaking session for all the participants to introduce themselves. Furthermore,  discussions were held on some topics mentioned by the Keynote Speaker in his speech.  Next, in the agenda was to show the presentations made by the other schools on the service  they had done. RKK’s presentation was proudly presented by the participants in their respective baraza sessions based on ‘Project Prayaas’ in which sanitary pads are distributed to rural areas of Marwar free of cost so that women can live freely and  independently .

After  baraza sessions came the closing ceremony in which leaders of each baraza session presented what their baraza group discussed and what are the solutions to some of the problems being a faced  on this planet.
