A Round Square Virtual Conference was held on
29th April 2021 from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm IST, hosted by Sunbeam School Lahartara. The topic was
“Let Your Inner Sun Shine.”The Conference included a keynote address by Ms. Kiran Bir Sethi and a wonderful Q/A session with her. She opened up about her perception on leadership and her definition towards it. She was truly inspiring, cheerful and set a very comfortable environment in the conference.
In the barazza breakouts, the students had a very active exchange of ideas and opinions related to the theme and how to let “your inner sun shine”. Students got to view things from different perspectives, and enhanced their mindset on what a true leader and a leadership is really like. It also pushed them forward to make a change and take initiatives. The students of Rajmata Krishna Kumari Girls' Public School enthusiastically participated and put their views forward. The participants were :
Samriddhi Sharma, Diksha Rajpurohit, Aditi Golecha, Hunar Golecha, Yashvi Bhansali, Drishti Varyani, Sulochana Bhati, Himanshi Soni.
As a pre conference task, the girls made an effective presentation about a known and an unknown leader who designed a change of any kind which had an effect on humanity at large.
This amazing opportunity, truly so beneficial, pushed the participants forward to become a better citizen and make a change that they all wish to see. It had a very healthy impact on their mindsets and grew them more.
