On 26th March 2021, the Third Edition of TEDx Youth @ WBS was hosted by Welham Boys' School, Dehradun. The Speakers of the event were: Mrs. Sudha Murthy, the Chairperson of Infosys Foundation ; Mr Farrhad Acidwala - best known as the Founder of Rockstah Media and Cybernetiv Digital ; Mrs Akancha Srivastava- the Founder of Akancha Srivastava Foundation, 80G certified, non-profit organization in India that works for the education and empowerment of people by imparting the knowledge of cyber safety via its initiative- Akancha against Harassment; Dr Sneh Sonaiya - an intern with the SSG Hospital in Gujarat, who wished to bring to the TEDx family his experiences of working in a resource-constrained healthcare setting in the heartland of India; Aaditya Chandra Gupta – a student speaker from Welham Boys’ School who has performed social service extensively and voluntarily as a founding member of AAN Charitable Trust.
The event was overall a success in teaching the upcoming Genz about life and some actual struggle faced by all the distinguished speakers. The students of RKK actively participated and raised many important queries which were then responded and clarified by the Speakers. The participants from RKK were Kirti Bhati, Sumriddhi Sharma, Diksha Rajpurohit, Paridhi Jain and Deeksha Garg with their Teacher Incharge, Mrs Sapna Gupta.
