TEACHER TRAINING WORKSHOP BY DR PRACHEE GAUR

On 25th March 2021, the Primary and Pre Primary Staff of RKK attended a workshop on the topic 'Stress to Eustress, Reaching the Goal’, conducted by Dr Prachee Gaur, an Entrepreneur and a Career Counsellor.

Dr Prachee talked about different levels of stress and ways to overcome them. She explained how stress affects us both positively and negatively. She emphasized on the importance of putting our well being first then only we can take care of everything and everyone else. In the end, she suggested some creative techniques to bust stress and live our lives happily and fruitfully.
