In this virtual Round Square conference organized by the Roedean School, South Africa on 4th November 2020, the students of Rajmata Krishna Kumari Girls Public School, dressed in their cultural attire got a wonderful experience to learn more about the culture of South Africa in specific and also about the culture and traditions of participating countries.  At the outset participants were given an insight into the philosophy of "UBUNTU – What is in a Name? - I am because of who we all are", prevalent in South Africa, which signifies equality.  It was followed by a musical documentary, called "Qongqothwane"–  a wedding song, sung to bestow good fortune. Few basic words of the South African language were introduced to the students. Lastly, participants were distributed in various break-out rooms, where in smaller group everyone spoke about the meaning and cultural significance of their names.  In 90 minutes postcard call, Suhani Singhvi, Nehal Gehlot, Rani Patawari, Jaya Sankhla, Nandini Shekhawat, Harshita Haryal, Shruti Rathi, Bhumika Ayani with the Teacher In - charge Ms Shubhita Jhakar from RKK shared their experience, thanked the host school for organizing it and had a wonderful and great opportunity of learning the culture and tradition of other countries.
