AWARENESS SESSION ON ‘PERSONAL HYGIENE’

To enrich and generate awareness in the girls of Class VI & VII about menstruation cycle, taboos, superstitions and myths associated with it, online awareness sessions were conducted on ‘Personal  Hygiene’ by Ms Parul Jain  from Procter and Gamble on 15th & 16th September 2020.

Ms Jain explained the process of this natural cycle and how to use sanitary pads with practically applying on a paper cut out. She explained the symptoms felt during the periods and enlightened to deal with cramps during periods by doing exercise and drinking lots of water. Quiz was conducted based on the topic in which girls participated actively. Daughters and their Mothers found the session very informative.
