REFINING THE SKILLS OF ORATORY

The pen is mightier than the sword, but in today’s world, the words are mightiest of them all. This was learnt and proved in a 3 day long workshop, conducted by the prestigious DAIS Organization. The main motive of this workshop was refining the skills of oratory, speaking, skill of diplomacy and the much needed spontaneity. It was conducted from 22nd to 24th January 2016. Students learnt intricacies of debating & public speaking. The dynamic amalgamation of language, brain storming, the art of forming logical judgments and viewing & weighing different aspects of the same topic, hearing the unsaid & saying the unheard made the workshop of a level extraordinaire.

The man behind the mission, the inspiration to the curious mind & a Debator par excellence himself was Mr. Shaurya Upadhyay whose unforgettable uniqueness gave wings to the young minds, courage to young hearts & skill to the hidden potential, leaving each involved ,in state of enlightenment.
