MINDFULNESS

Based on the theme “Mindfulness”, a Round Square Conference taking up the pillars ‘Leadership’ & ‘Adventure’ was hosted by Vivek High School, Chandigarh. A team of 5 delegates – Niharika Khatri, Chestha Agarwal, Rishu Mehta, Pranati Patawari, Jahnvi Kamnani along with Mrs Jaskirat Sekhon represented RKK. The entire event was spread over 5 days from 13th to 17th April 2016. The important lesson learnt was that, ‘being mindful is significant in one’s life, as it helps us to be aware of our inner self and focus on the present. There is no end to adventures. One can have, if we keep our minds open.’ By the end of the event, each delegate felt like a leader in her own way.
